Order Acceptance and Pricing All orders placed on our website are subject to acceptance by zhpek. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud prevention departments. Prices for our desktop plants are subject to change without notice.

Payment Terms We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and secure digital payment methods supported at checkout. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method utilized in connection with any transaction. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the total order amount, including applicable shipping fees (Standard $5.99, Expedited $8.99, or Free Shipping for orders $49.00+) and taxes, to your chosen payment method.

Product Representations At zhpek, we strive to display the colors, sizes, and descriptions of our desktop green plants as accurately as possible. However, because plants are living biological entities, minor variations in shape, color, leaf count, and growth patterns are natural and expected. No two plants are identical, and such natural variations do not constitute defects.
