Return Policy

At zhpek, we stand behind the quality of our sunglasses and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we accept returns and offer refunds subject to the following comprehensive conditions. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return and subsequent refund, the sunglasses must be in their original, pristine, and unworn condition. They must be completely free of any scratches, marks, or signs of use. Furthermore, all items must be returned in their original packaging, including the protective case, cleaning cloth, tags, and any accompanying documentation. To initiate the return process, please contact our customer service team at service@zhpek.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will review your request and provide you with detailed instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Please note that unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error, such as receiving a defective or incorrect item. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. To facilitate efficient processing for our global customer base, zhpek operates secure return processing centers located in Chemnitz, Springe, Düsseldorf, Nuremberg, and Mönchengladbach, Germany. Once your return is received and meticulously inspected at one of our facilities, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
