Welcome to the Shipping Policy of zhpek. We are dedicated to ensuring that your desktop green plants are delivered safely, efficiently, and transparently from our nurseries to your doorstep. Please review our shipping rates, timelines, and procedures below.

1. Shipping Rates and Tiers We offer clear and straightforward shipping fee structures based on your order subtotal:

• Standard Shipping: Priced at $5.99 for all orders ranging from $0.00 up to $49.00.

• Free Shipping: Automatically applied to all orders with a subtotal of $49.00 and above ($49.00+).

• Expedited Shipping: Available for customers who desire faster handling and transit, offered at a flat rate of $8.99 per order.

2. Shipping Transit Times Our standard shipping time typically ranges between 10 to 20 days from the date of dispatch. Please note that while we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, transit times can occasionally be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather conditions, or remote geographic locations.

3. Order Processing and Dispatch Orders are processed during our regular business hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PDT. Orders placed outside these hours or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor the journey of your plants.

4. Delivery Address Accuracy Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses during checkout. If an order is shipped to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, zhpek is not responsible for any resulting loss, delay, or additional reshipping fees. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact service@zhpek.com immediately to request a correction prior to dispatch.
